Interested in a silverplated Yamaha YTR 6335HSII (Mark II) Heavywall professional trumpet? I bought the trumpet in 1997 and I'm the original owner, and other than one very minor pin-sized ding, I've kept it in excellent condition! Seeing as Yamaha no longer makes the Mark II model, this trumpet will become an antique as Yamaha's Xeno trumpet currently populates the shelves, and once it hits vintage, this Mark II will be very valuable. The Mark II was Yamaha's leading professional trumpet preceding the Xeno, and this trumpet in particular plays just as well as (if not better than) any professional Xeno, Schilke, or Bach Stradivarious out there, and it is the best trumpet I've ever played on. The response and airmovement is awesome, and the intonation and pitch control is dead on. This Mark II looks and plays beautifully and was stored dry. There is no calcium build-up in the valves, and I only recently oiled the valves and greased the slides to prepare it to sell. This trumpet has never had or needed any repairs either.

The specifications on this horn are:

Model: YTR 6335HSII (Mark II)
Serial: 301904
Key: B-flat
Bore: ML (0.459")
Bell Diameter: 4 7/8"
Weight: Heavy (Heavywall, NO lightweight bell)
Finish: Silver

I'm going to include all of my old trumpet stuff with it as well.

So this entire bundle includes:

YTR 6335HSII (Mark II) Heavywall (silver plated with hard leather double case)

Selmer Bundy ML trumpet (yellow laquer, an old beginner's horn, many dents)

Giardinelli single trumpet gig bag (black leather, side pouch and pocket)

7 Mouthpieces:
- Yamaha 16C4-GP (megatone style with gold plated rim, came with the Mark II)
- Schilke 20 (goldplated)
- Schilke 20 (silverplated)
- Schilke 18 (silverplated)
- Schilke 15A4 (silverplated)
- Schilke 14A4A (silverplated)
- Bach 7C (oldstyle silverplated)

5 Mutes:
- Bucket Mute (metal Jo-Ral)
- Harmon Mute (metal Giardinelli, black foam grip)
- Cup Mute (stonelined Humes and Berg)
- Pixie Mute (metal, not sure about the brand, I think it is a Humes and Berg)
- Aluminum Straight Mute (the labeling wore off on this one too)
- Rubber Plunger

At the time I bought the Mark II, I purchased it for $1,500, and all of the mouthpieces, mutes, and extras (without the old Selmer Bundy trumpet) are worth well over $500 new. I'm open to negotiating a reasonable price. I want this trumpet bundle to go to someone who will enjoy it as much as I did.
