I have a King Silvertone trumpet serial number 154382. Its in perfect condition, all the slides work, valves are very smooth, only 1/4" inch scratch on the #3 valve, other than that not a single dent or ping in the instrument. What is this worth, I can't seem to find any information on the King "Silver Tone". I has alot of scroll work on the horn opening that says king silver tone i thinks its gold plated there. If you have any information please let me know I want to sell this.

Here is the approximate age of the horn:
1930-1935 Serial #s 126001-161000
I've never owned Silvertone trumpets but I had a Silvertone cornet and it was a fine instrument. Good luck.

I will also ask you what your asking price is. I had my fathers old Silvertone which was stolen from my room in the BOQ while I was in the service. If for no other reason, I would like to find another just as a reminder of my dad.
